1. Introduction
Welcome to NORTHRIG. By accessing this website, placing an order, or taking delivery of assembled hardware from us, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, prices are locked. If a listing contains a clear error (e.g. wrong SKU or a price off by an order of magnitude), we may cancel and issue a full refund before shipping.
3. Assembly & burn-in
Every custom build is assembled by hand, cable-managed, and run through a 24-hour burn-in test (Prime95 + FurMark or equivalent) before it ships. Test logs are available on request. Assembled builds are not user-serviceable inside the warranty period without invalidating the assembly guarantee — but component upgrades handled by NORTHRIG are fine.
4. Returns & refunds
Sealed parts may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and return shipping. Opened but functioning parts may be returned within 15 days at our discretion. Custom-assembled builds are non-refundable once assembly begins — but they are covered by warranty (below).
5. Warranty
NORTHRIG covers assembly and workmanship for two (2) years from the shipping date on every custom-assembled build. Individual components carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 1 to 5 years). If a part fails inside the manufacturer window, we'll RMA it on your behalf; ping support.
6. Shipping
Prebuilts and custom builds ship insured, in a foam-lined case, via a tracked carrier. Domestic US orders arrive in 3–5 business days after dispatch. International orders arrive in 5–14 business days depending on customs. Buyer is responsible for duties and taxes at destination.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NORTHRIG is not liable for data loss, downtime, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is capped at the price paid for the product or service in question.
8. Privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfil orders and provide support: name, email, shipping address, payment token (processed by Stripe), and order history. We don't sell your data. See the linked privacy policy for the full breakdown.
