How long does a custom build take?
From order confirmation, custom builds ship in 5–7 business days. That includes parts consolidation, assembly, cable management, Windows install, and 24-hour burn-in testing.
What's your warranty policy?
Every NORTHRIG-assembled build carries a 2-year assembly warranty covering the labour and any workmanship issues. Individual components carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 1–5 years).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — insured worldwide. International orders are packed in a foam-lined case with an extra layer of impact protection. Duties may apply at your border.
Can I return parts?
Sealed, unopened parts can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus the restocking fee. Custom-assembled builds are non-refundable but come with the warranty above.
Do you price-match?
On major components (CPU, GPU, motherboard, memory) we match verified prices from authorized US retailers. Email us at hello@northrig.example with a link.
